Hot Yoga & Barre!

Jenny and Kelley are thrilled to announce an amazing weekend retreat of hot yoga and barre at Casa Om Potomac! Casa Om is located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This boutique retreat center is located on the water and is surrounded by nature.

Registration will consist of - 50%  of room amount and liability waiver which also has your room selection. You can email this to  jenniferkchestnut@gmail.com . The remainder of the balance will be due by May 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued for the deposit or the retreat. If you fail to send the final balance the deposit will be forfeited. Rooms are selected on a first-come and paid. Confirmations will be sent out once deposit, liability waiver and room selections are received. All deposits are non-refundable.

The retreat includes two nights and three days in beautiful accommodations, all your meals, a combination of barre and yoga classes, and so much more!

What's Included?  The retreat takes place at the gorgeous Casa Om in Martinsburg, West Virginia.  Check-in is 3 pm on Friday, checkout is noon on Sunday. The retreat includes your lodging for two nights and three days, all meals (healthy, tasty vegetarian meals) including 2 brunches, 2 dinners, and pre-yoga morning snacks including fruit, coffee and tea. Casa Om Potomac has a beautiful hot room overlooking the river. Mats and towels are available for use. All levels of yoga and barre are welcome and the barre/yoga classes are optional (not required). 

***Retreat facility requests No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, no meat, no fish, no pets.

What else is there to do?  This gorgeous facility is seated on the Potomac, and you are able to experience nature in hiking, meditation, sitting by the bonfire, or enjoying the pool, and hot tub. There is also an option to purchase massages, ice bath, ear seeds for an additional fee.
