Jenny Chestnut

Registered Yoga Teacher

Jenny Chestnut is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with a passion for helping others reconnect to strength, stillness, and self-discovery.

 

She began her journey with a 200-hour certification in the Bikram series (26 & 2) and went on to complete her 500-hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga. Over the years, Jenny has continued to grow her practice through advanced trainings in Vinyasa (100 hours), Yin (100 hours), Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa with Weights, Hot Pilates, Spa Yoga, and Yoga Trapeze.

 

Jenny is also certified in Stott Pilates and Stott Reformer, which brings a balance of mindful movement and functional strength to her yoga classes.

 

Her teaching style blends flow and focus, encouraging each student to move with intention, listen inwardly, and find freedom in both body and mind.
